Commissions Terms & Guidelines

I reserve the right to refuse a commission. See commissions I won’t draw below.

I will only accept requests made on Instagram for now (for close friends, you may also reach me thru FB Messenger).

Please note that the base prices, as listed on the Pricelist Guide, may increase based on the complexity of the request. I will let you know of the additional charges that may incur :)

Total bill will be sent once scope of work is confirmed.

I require 50% downpayment first before your request is accommodated in my schedule. You may pay the remaining balance once drawing is approved :)

Payment Channels: BPI / BDO / Paypal (for International Clients). The Paypal Fee will be shouldered by the client.

Size of the portraits are usually 10x10 inches with 320 DPI. But you may also let me know if you want the portrait in a different size.

Human Portaits usually take me 2-3 days and Pet Pawtraits usually take me 1-2 days to complete depending on the complexity of the drawing and my workload. See Commissions Status in my Profile.

Progress work will be sent to you as much as possible so you can have an idea on where I am with the commission :)

Once drawing is approved and fully paid, the watermark-free copy will be sent to your email so that the drawing will be able to keep its quality. Both PNG and PDF Files will be sent.

I will be retaining rights over all commissioned drawings. This includes posting them on my social media accounts and including them in my portfolio.

Please do not repost / tamper / use my artworks for commercial purposes without my permission.
